We're looking for an experienced Senior Workstation Support Engineer to manage user onboarding / offboarding and provide support across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces. A strong troubleshooting mindset and passion for automation are key.
Key Responsibilities :
* Handle user onboarding / offboarding in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces
* Troubleshoot and resolve workstation application issues
* Manage tickets through JIRA ServiceDesk
* Support and maintain Google Workspaces environment
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth SaaS operations
* Document support cases and train users
Requirements :
* 5+ years' experience in workstation support or similar roles
* Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
* Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Experience with automation tools or scripting
