FUNCION PRINCIPAL
Realizar las funciones administrativas de recepción, control de stocks y expedición de mercancías. Soporte a los coordinadores y responsable de almacén. Trabajo a turnos.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
* Recepción administrativa de productos acabados y componentes: atender a los conductores y gestionar la documentación administrativa y contable.
* Desubicar informáticamente los productos que deben ser expedidos.
* Resolución de incidencias y devoluciones de clientes y proveedores de expediciones con origen El Pla.
* Resolución de incidencias internas.
* Control de inventario de palets. Resolución administrativa de las discrepancias de paletización entre físico y datos maestros.
* Mantenimiento de los datos maestros propios de la división de artículos y clientes.
* Control de paquetería/correo interno entre centros de trabajo de el Pla-Barcelona.
* Interlocución entre logística y almacén.
* Contacto con el cliente con el fin de convenir día y hora de entrega de la expedición.
