Affsmedia is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term trusting relationships with our B2B partners.
We are a boutique start-up company developing technology for online marketing in the fast-paced eCommerce industry.
As part of your role, you will be in charge of developing strong relationships with our B2B partners, answering their queries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Required skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Must
• Experience with Online marketing – Must
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field – Advantage
• Strong skills in Excel & Google sheets - Advantage
• Experience with the eCommerce industry – Advantage
• Excellent people skills and intuition of clients' business needs.
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proven work experience as an Account manager, Key account manager, Sales account manager, Junior account manager, Customer success or relevant role
