We’re looking for a **Catering Sales Trainee** to join our Sales team at **Grand Hyatt Barcelona**, supporting local catering sales and coordinating small events. This internship is a perfect mix of **sales and event coordination**, giving you hands-on experience in the world of luxury hospitality.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication.
- Coordinate and manage small events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Collaborate with operational teams (Kitchen, Banquets, AV) to guarantee flawless execution.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate event records.
- Learn how to create exceptional experiences for our guests while working in a luxury environment.
**Qualifications**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
- Available full-time for 6 months, starting in February/March.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about events and hospitality.
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or school.
