- Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research
- Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations
- Data-driven product selection
- Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration)
- Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)
- Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales/e-commerce
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability
- Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written/spoken)
