The Manager is responsible for elevating the media creativity across Havas and for leading the development and integration of creative and innovative concepts for client media experience’s response.

Mission & Responsibilities
Integrate creativity into Mx
- Generate powerful ideas to support Mx Development creativity in delivering innovative and game changing Media Experience (Mx) campaigns including connect, context and content into media planning
- In close liaise with the Strategy Manager, conceive and develop innovative formats, strong and award-winning ideas within media
- Elevate Havas Village and Vivendi (including Canal+, Universal Music, Gameloft, etc.) offer to serve the Mx brief response, in support to local client team or in contribution to new business pitches
- Work with Mx Development teams to ensure creativity is delivered
- Facilitate and co-lead (with Mx Development and Strategy leadership) brainstorms and ideation sessions
- Play a key role at local level in identification of best cases and best practices, as well as in selection of great Havas work for awards
- Create a standard way of generating ideas and host training where necessary to bring harmony to creative ideation
- Follow and adhere to the creative best practices, tools and processes developed globally, executed locally
Cultivate innovative partnerships
- Stay abreast of the latest innovations that can help drive forward thinking creativity at local level
- Be proactive in being creative and exploring new technologies for beyond media experiences
- Attend meetings as required across Havas and generate formal internal as well as ad hoc reporting
- Develop a close relationship with Vivendi teams for ideation and the latest inspiration, to include securing their active participation in ideation and partnership opportunities
- Identify new start-ups, technology partners, innovators and fresh creative thinking to become Havas friends
Previous experience & Industry background
- 8+ years’ experience in strategic communications planning
- Media Industry, Entertainment
Qualifications & Languages
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising
- Languages: English (Advanced)
