A bPostgraduate degree or Master's /b in HR is considered a plus. /lilibThe Leader: /b Experience leading and developing teams in bmultinational, multicultural, or matrix environments /b is bhighly valued /b. /lilibThe Consultant Mindset: /b Proven experience in executive search or recruitment consulting is a strong asset for this role.
