Job Description: Call Center Agent
Callattack S.L. is an agency for B2B sales support measures such as lead generation, inside sales and customer service support. Our customers come from all over Europe and we act for our customers throughout Europe.
To ensure the growth of Callattack and the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Telemarketing Agent (m/f/d) Customer Service / B2B / Telesales as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* To supervise day-to-day operations with the customer service department and with the local team leaders
* To respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
* To create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
* To develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to make sure we are meeting expectations
* To maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
* To assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a customer service position
* Teamplayer
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g. Zendesk, Microsoft, Freshdesk etc.)
* Willingness to work at weekends
* Great level in both spoken and written English, another language (Spanish or German)
