Responsibilities :
The Incident Manager of a Radio Access Network (RAN) plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of the mobile network. Their primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate the resolution of incidents affecting the RAN infrastructure, including base stations (eNodeB / gNodeB), controllers (BSC, RNC), and other radio-related components.Qualifications :
Experience in Incident Detection & Monitoring :
Experience with activities such as monitoring alarms, logs, and KPIs from RAN elements via NMS / OSS tools. Ability to detect service-affecting and performance-degrading incidents proactively. Utilize automation and AI / ML tools (if available) to identify anomalies in real time.Experience in Incident Triage & Classification :
Experience in incident coordination and communication, including working with field teams, RAN engineers, and core network teams to isolate and resolve issues.Experience in Service Restoration & Resolution :
Language Requirements :
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.Technical Experience :
Must have at least 3 years of experience with Huawei or Ericsson equipment. Experience with Vodafone projects in Spain and Portugal is required.
