EDICOM is one of the world’s major EDI and e-invoicing businesses. The company helps digitalize companies through SaaS solutions (Software as a Service), automating and integrating data interchange (EDI). EDICOM has subsidiaries in New York, Milan, Paris, Valencia, Seville, Murcia, Mexico City, Bogota, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.
Our international operations are strengthening in Europe and expanding eastward from our headquarters in Valencia. We are seeking to boost our sales force by incorporating Account Managers and advancing our SaaS sales strategy.
Your role
Your main challenge will be selling our software portfolio to multinationals seeking EDI, e-billing and tax compliance solutions (VAT Compliance, Reporting, etc.). By placing our service at the centre, you will manage the entire sales process: from prospecting new customers and presenting solutions to negotiating the contract and closing the deal.
Responsibilities
* Detect new customers by carrying out market studies to identify potential accounts.
* Classify, segment and prioritize potential clients in line with the sales plan and budget.
* Contact potential customers to give business presentations and software demonstrations.
* Manage opportunities in the pipeline (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and bids); negotiate contracts, MSAs, SOWs and close deals.
* For existing customers, expand the value of EDICOM’s solutions, perform presentations/demonstrations, and follow up to sell new services.
* Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, project management and R&D to demonstrate or convey EDICOM’s value to clients.
* Collaborate with the Marketing department to improve presentations, white papers, webinars, and sales pitches per market.
* Operate with productivity KPIs and manage sales activity through the EDICOM CRM.
What we are looking for
* Experience in direct SaaS sales and B2B sales with the ability to independently manage the full sales process with a proactive attitude.
* Accredited university education.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver clear, compelling sales pitches.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork and results-focused.
* C2 level English and intermediate Spanish.
