What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead and coordinate technical teams within complex engineering environments. The ideal candidate has a solid background in requirements management, technical documentation, and customer interaction, preferably within the defence and security or space-related domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate technical teams including development, infrastructure, and testing.
* Manage and prioritize system and product requirements throughout the lifecycle.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation in accordance with ESA standards.
* Act as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and customer expectations.
* Support project tracking and coordination using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in technical management of development, infrastructure, and testing teams.
* Solid background in requirements management.
* Experience preparing technical documentation following ESA standards.
* Strong customer-facing skills and experience in client interaction.
* Experience using Jira and Confluence (medium level).
* Functional knowledge in Defence and Security environments;
basic knowledge of Galileo KMF is a plus.
* Availability to travel.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
