About the Role
We are seeking a
Technology Consultant focused on CX Architecture
to advise clients and internal stakeholders on platform selection, systems integration, and data/automation strategies that enable next-generation customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver architecture advisory for CX transformation programs
• Conduct assessments of systems, integrations, cloud platforms, data flows
• Define roadmaps for CRM, contact center, digital experience, automation, and analytics architecture
• Produce business-case documentation
• Support pre-sales activities and solution scoping
• Engage stakeholders across technology and business functions
Requirements
• 5 years of IT consulting and architecture experience with CX domain exposure
• Strong familiarity with CRM, contact center platforms, APIs, cloud services, microservices
• Ability to translate business needs into technology architecture recommendations
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills
• Structured problem-solving and delivery-focused approach
