We seek a SAP Business Lead with a proven track record of delivering SAP projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business team through an SAP S/4HANA implementation for the EMEA region.You Will
Collaborate with business leaders on business requirementsManage and communicate project status to maintain accurate and current project information for stakeholdersEstablish clear expectations with project leadership, team members, and stakeholdersManage inter-dependencies and coordinate to ensure effective communication of project deliverables, risks, and issues, and monitor key performance indicatorsMobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment, and materials)Assign project work to resourcesManage 3rd party consultants effectivelyCoordinate resources and tasks among project owners across various locations globallyManage project changes according to the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contractsFoster accountability among cross-functional team leads to resolve issues and ensure successConduct post-project reviews for continuous improvementThis position is based in our Pamplona, Spain officeOther duties as assignedThe Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience managing at least 2 full lifecycle SAP projectsExperience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA10+ years of experience leading IT projects or similar deliverable lifecyclesStrong collaboration, negotiation, and influence skillsAbility to contribute positively and motivate othersExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsExpertise in project management, vendor management, and deliverablesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skillsExperience facilitating organizational change with stakeholdersExcellent organizational and critical thinking skillsProactive, good judgment, and results-orientedAbility to work across multiple organizations and in a fast-paced environmentMust pass pre-employment drug test and background check
