Role Overview
This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave, expected 6‑month contract. We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to organise the learning experience during design, delivery and closure of assigned programmes, and supervise stakeholder alignment. The Coordinator will be accountable for preparing both face‑to‑face and online resources to ensure an outstanding and top‑quality customer experience in partnership with the Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform timely back‑office work for all assigned programmes, focusing on e‑learning technologies and ensuring the correct integration of content within Headspring’s platform or the client’s learning environment.
* Coordinate physical materials needed for programme execution.
* Set up the Campus Online portal, compile required documentation, and manage booking and implementation of webinars/online conferences.
* Provide support to faculty, participants and clients, face‑to‑face or by telephone, to set up systems and resolve issues (including VLE and other collaborative tools).
* Attend to programme logistics, planning professor schedules, booking rooms or classrooms, and collaborating with the IE/FT Planning department and other venues.
* Supervise and coordinate external providers, mainly agencies and contractors of e‑learning development.
* During delivery, coordinate with the Programme Manager to communicate updates or modifications regarding logistics and ensure participants complete quality surveys for system‑driven quality calculation.
Key Requirements
* Project Management experience.
* 3+ years of experience implementing and managing e‑learning projects in‑company or as a consultant.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are highly valued.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* 3+ years of experience working with Blackboard, OpenLMS, Docebo and/or other LMS.
