About the Role
We are looking for a recent graduate with automotive and strategy experience to join our exclusive Trainee Programme in Presidency, specifically in the Corporate Strategy Area. The role supports the development and execution of corporate strategy through strategic analysis and high‐quality deliverables. It involves generating insights from public sources and internal data to inform decision‐making, preparing executive materials, and supporting Board processes. It also manages ad‐hoc strategic projects commissioned by the Presidency or Executive Committee. The role requires autonomy to lead multidisciplinary initiatives while coordinating multiple areas.

What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or similar disciplines. Postgraduate study in strategy, management or digital transformation is an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1). Additional languages such as German are a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize complex information, proactive and curious mindset, high adaptability, clear communication in written and presentation formats, collaborative team player, comfortable working in cross‐functional environments and managing multiple priorities.
Valuable Experience
Strategic or analytical work in corporate or consulting environments.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis or external environment assessment.
Preparation of structured presentations or materials for decision‐making contexts.
Participation in cross‐functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in dynamic, fast‐paced environments with evolving priorities.
Interaction with different levels of the organization, contributing to alignment and project execution.
Selection Process
Phase 1: pre‐selected candidates attend personal interviews and an online test. Phase 2: selected candidates participate in an assessment centre.
