Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Business Development Manager. The person in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and lead outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, social channels, and virtual meetings. They will conduct needs assessments, prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation through closing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and forecasting revenue. The Sales Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation and account management.
