- Collaborate in small to medium sized technical teams and contribute to the end to end design of infrastructure solutions producing and maintaining sufficient documentation.
- Interact with senior internal and external partners on significant technical matters and contribute to determining success criteria and evaluation of promising solutions/technologies via Proofs of Concepts (PoC’s) and feasibility studies.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Operationally manage and support and implement the Directory Services Infrastructure on premises for manufacturing environments and its associated applications.
- Proactively monitor systems and platforms for performance, availability and capacity management and ensure that the solution and component escalations are minimized.
- Promptly respond to customer requests, resolve incidents and implement changes, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Understand, implement and follow relevant concepts of ITIL, GxP and Project Management, including Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification and Validation, and Project Management.
- Actively focus on own self‑development and create actionable plans to improve.
- Provide 24x7 on‑call support.
- Maintain flexibility regarding working hours.
- Occasional international travel is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline; or recognition of prior working experience which is equivalent.
- 4+ years experience administering and advanced troubleshooting in Active Directory.
- Robust experience working in a major global organization, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong design and hands‑on technical background.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Services (LDAP) and desired experience with Entra ID.
- PowerShell scripting skills required.
- Ability to apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis in practical scenarios.
- Skill in evaluating change and technology impacts with increasing accuracy, and breaking down complex technical concepts with minimal guidance.
