Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe.


Location Options

* Bönen (Germany)
* Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy)
* Madrid (Spain)


Responsibilities

* Provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
* Maintain data and set up new customers, building long‑term relationships through excellent service
* Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies
* Coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow‑up
* Handle quality‑related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution


Requirements

* Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or comparable experience in customer service
* Motivated and eager to learn – motivation is more important than many years of experience
* Very good German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
* Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, and a hands‑on mentality
* Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
* Confident in using MS Office – training on internal software will be provided
