Lilly, a multinational pharmaceutical company, leader in research, development and commercialization of innovative products, needs to incorporate a Health and Safety Manager.
Main purpose and objective of the position:
Manager of Health, Safety and Environment at Lilly Spain including Affiliate, Manufacturing Plant and R&D; research centers.
**Requirements**:
- University Studies in Health Sciences, Sciences or Engineering complemented with formal training (Master) in Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Experience in the health and safety department, preferably the pharmaceutical industry or in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Experience for at least 5 years leading a team
- English level C1 or equivalent.

- Interpersonal skills: leadership, strategic vision, change management, active listening, giving constructive feedback, teamwork, communication skills, people development, problem solving.
- Organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Technical capacity: good knowledge of Quality, Prevention and Environment, and of business.

- Experience in management systems.

- Act as a representative before the Senior Management of the development of the processes derived from the certification in management systems.
