Skills and experiences
- 4-8 years of professional experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Demonstrated success in delivering employee programs that impacted/improved the success of an organization/department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in French and advanced English knowledge
- Strong understanding of French employment law and legislation

- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with judgment and creativity
- Ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization
- Ability to take initiative with little or no supervision

What you'll do
- Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
- Support people manager in handling employee related issues.
- Advise and coach our managers on evaluating performance and developing and motivating their team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws and take ownership of specific projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with CoE and service hub teams on initiatives to support our people agenda.
