A leading multinational company within the building materials and infrastructure sector is seeking a Head of International Sales – Europe to drive the company's commercial expansion across European markets.

We are looking for an experienced international sales professional with a strong background in business development within the building materials, piping systems, plumbing, HVAC, water infrastructure, construction products, or related industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the European market.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Identify, acquire, and develop new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.

Increase market share and strengthen the company's presence across Europe.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key accounts.

Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements.

Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.

Track sales performance, KPIs, and business objectives.

Support the development and expansion of the European commercial organization.

Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred fields of study include International Business, Business Administration, International Trade, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction, Water Management, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.

Proven experience within the building materials, piping systems, plumbing, water infrastructure, HVAC, construction products, or related industrial sectors.

Strong B2 B sales and distribution channel management experience.

Existing network of customers, distributors, or industry contacts within Europe is highly desirable.

Experience managing international markets and multicultural business environments.

Based in Spain or willing to relocate to Madrid.

Languages Fluent English is mandatory.

Spanish is a plus.

French, German, or Italian language skills are highly valued.
