We touch and color people’s lives every day, everywhere. www.archroma.com Your role Allocated to our Packaging Technologies organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the position of Customer Service Desk Team Lead Europe This is a permanent and full-time position, leading a team of 8 multi-skilled professionals. Key responsibilities: • Responsible for providing local and regional business support within Sales & Distribution (SD), ensuring efficient Order-to-Cash processes and operational performance. This includes managing approvals, monitoring order fulfillment, handling shortages, and supporting audits and team training. • At a regional level, you drive process improvements and harmonization, implement new tools and workflows, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration. You also support sales teams in strategic initiatives and special projects. • In your project management role, you coordinate regional and global initiatives, act as a key contact for SAP SD/O2C implementations, and lead process design and improvements in collaboration with IT. • Additionally, you focus on team development and onboarding, training members on key frameworks (AACC), and promoting efficiency, simplicity, and effective communication across teams. Profile: • At least 5 years of business experience in an OTC function in a multinational company as a team leader • Project experience is valuable • Fluency in English (mandatory) Skills and Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Ability to understand and define business and project needs • Adaptable and self-motivated team player • Comfortable working in an international environment • Able to work independently and take initiative • Flexible and highly collaborative across all company levels Others: - Position based in Spain (El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona) - Work permit is requested Your Application If your background and personal experience fits this profile, please send us your complete application via LinkedIn
