We’re looking for a Technical Motion Designer who loves creative work but thrives on structure, precision, and process. You’ll help elevate the technical quality of our After Effects pipeline and empower the entire studio to work smarter and cleaner — making our creativity scalable and our execution flawless.
What You’ll Do
* Own the technical health of our After Effects projects : structure comps, naming conventions, precomp hierarchies, and render settings.
* Perform technical reviews (QC) of motion design content to ensure alignment, correct formats, optimal settings, and export integrity — especially for digital LED signage specs.
* Develop and maintain template systems, toolkits, and reusable assets to speed up creative workflows.
* Create and document technical standards and best practices for file management, folder structures, and project handoff.
* Support the motion design team with automation tools, expressions, and basic scripting (where applicable).
* Work closely with production managers and
