About the Role
As an Account Manager for a high-tech client, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Norwegian‐speaking market — focusing on retention, growth, and long‐term relationship development. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them get maximum value from their technology investments.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for Norwegian‐speaking clients
Develop and execute account plans aligned to each client's business objectives
Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross‐sell, and contract renewal
Conduct regular business reviews with clients — presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‐makers
Maintain accurate account data, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system
Meet and consistently exceed retention and revenue targets
Requirements
C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English — written and spoken
Proven experience in account management or a senior client‐facing sales role — technology sector preferred
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell targets
High proficiency with CRM platforms and data‐driven account management
Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
