Service Manager

Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration) Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance.
Experience in service sales for enterprise or carrier networks.
Proven track record managing service solutions for major projects.
Experience in service bidding and sales strategy development.
Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
