We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Art Director - Cosmetics to join our team and lead the production of outsourced art and cosmetics assets. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external teams to define, develop, and oversee the creation of externally produced assets, ensuring they meet our quality standards and creative vision.As a Cosmetics Outsourcing Art Director, you will lead and guide teams of Outsourcing Managers, Artists, and Animators, maintaining regular communication with external vendors to ensure seamless coordination. You will work closely with other Directors and collaborate daily with your team, as well as with the Production and Product teams, to achieve visual targets, meet deadlines, and deliver high volumes of content efficiently.This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of creative production pipelines.What we will do together :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with external art vendorsLead the production and delivery of outsourced art and cosmetic assetsGuide our concepts and briefs toward executing on an effective vision for cosmeticsProvide Art Direction for Cosmetics with both internal and external teamsTrack the status of art assets and provide necessary supporting materials for productionReview and approve externally produced assets, ensuring alignment with the game's overall creative vision and styleEnsure consistency with the project's concept and artistic directionDevelop and refine the external art pipeline into an efficient workflow that balances quality, budget, and timelinesGuide and manage teams of Outsourcing Managers, Artists, and AnimatorsExpand outsourcing efforts while continuously improving efficiency, cost savings, and asset qualityWhat you will bring :
3+ years of experience as an Outsourcing Manager or Art Director in the video game industryProven experience in sourcing and managing external vendors or teamsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex production challenges efficientlyExcellent time management skills, capable of multitasking while consistently meeting deadlinesIn-depth knowledge of art content production pipelines and workflowsHighly motivated and passionate about achieving exceptional quality resultsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHow to apply :
