brAs we continue to rapidly expand globally, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Sales Director to join our family-oriented team. brWhat You’ll Be doing:
br
brAs our Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales and Growth, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a globally focused sales function, helping to ensure priorities, communication, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
br
brSupporting our Sales Director based in Spain, this role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities across international teams and time zones.
br
brYou will play a key role in coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, preparing reports and documentation, and helping facilitate strong relationships both internally and externally.
br
brThis is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being highly organised, staying one step ahead, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office.
br
brDrawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing:
br
brProvide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Growth
brManage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zones
brOrganise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation
brGather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetings
brAssist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking
brSupport onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clients
brConduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives
brCoordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achieved
brMaintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
brCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams
brProvide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiatives
brSupport ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required

brYou are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
brYou enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. You are approachable, collaborative, and communicate confidently with people across all levels of the business.

brFurther to that, our idóneo candidate will have:
br
br~5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration, or similar senior support role preferred
br~ Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
br~ Strong administrative, coordination, and project management skills
br~ Excellent organisational and time management abilities
br~ Strong written and verbal communication skills
br~ Confidence preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation
br~ Proficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems
br~ Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
br~ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
br~ Experience working across international markets or time zones preferred
br~ A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
br~ Experience supporting premium consumer, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or global retail brands is highly regarded, particularly within commercially driven and brand-focused environments
br~ A positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
br
