We are looking for a hands‐on and strategic Head of Finance to lead the company's finance operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will oversee accounting, tax, consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all Spanish accounting, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise accounting operations of international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group policies and reporting standards.
Lead the group consolidation process in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting.
Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting models to support strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Partner with project and product leaders to deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis.
Manage consolidated month‐end closing and product P&L reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Provide strategic insights into cost structures, revenue drivers, and overall business performance.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and consultants across different jurisdictions.
Requirements 7+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
Experience managing international entities and multi‐company consolidations.
Hands‐on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionally.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred: Experience in fast‐growing international or tech‐driven companies.
Background in SaaS, digital products, or project‐based environments.
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
