We seek a Sales Representative Rider Gear Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in Product Development, Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Lifecycle and profound Knowledge of the Motorcycle Industry.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development of Rider Gear to meet our commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities :
* Work in close collaboration with customers and sales representatives to ensure sales performance.
* Execute go-to-market strategies for rider gear products.
* Create accurate forecasts in collaboration with Brand & Product and Procurement teams to ensure in-stock targets are met.
* Stay informed of market trends within the motorcycle industry and introduce innovative solutions that keep our products competitive and attractive to our customers.
Profile desired :
* Proven sales experience within the motorcycle industry and/or in a similar product line. Both B2B or B2C.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work cohesively within a team and foster positive relationships with Brand & Product.
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
* Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages.
Your role will require a degree of travel to visit dealers, attend trade shows, motorcycle events, etc., to showcase our Rider Gear product line.
