Your primary mission is to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Front-Line Troubleshooting:Address and resolve a diverse range of technical issues across software applications, cloud services, and operating systems.
Utilizenative-level English fluencyand superior interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, patient, and professional manner with a global customer base.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM system to contribute to a growing knowledge base.
While we provide comprehensive training, certain skills and experiences will make you an ideal candidate:
Must possessnative or near-native level English fluency(both written and verbal) is essential for customer interactions.
Priortraining or experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical product supportis highly valued.
Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge:Specific experience or familiarity with products within theMicrosoft ecosystemis a significant advantage.
