* 3+ years of experience as Project Manager or Functional Analyst.
* Proven background in Data Governance (processes, policies, standards).
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
