Key Account Manager – Rointe
Rointe is a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in national and international markets.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and further grow our successful business.
The Role
* Oversee the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
* Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
* Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
* Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
* Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
* Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
* Provide assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
* Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
* Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Manager are accurate and up to date.
* Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
The Candidate
* Experience in a similar position.
* Native English.
* Experience working in a team.
* Experience in SAP.
* Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
* Sales experience.
* Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.
