- Interpret technical publication material requirements and translate them into material supply and repair forecasts.
- Analyse historical material data from maintenance events to build a knowledge database of scheduled and unscheduled material demands.
- Design and implement an algorithm to generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) for future maintenance events based on the tasks to be performed.
- Evaluate BOM accuracy through adherence analysis against vigente consumption data, continuously refining predictions to improve material availability for the end customer.
- Define internal processes and KPIs, customized to each customer’s requirements, to implement, monitor, and maintain a spares stock and repairable item pool.
Required Skills

- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Physics.
- Understanding of the aircraft maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets with advanced Excel and Access skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, capable of diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and generating effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical abilities, breaking down raw information into actionable components and anticipating obstacles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and solid organisational skills;
thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial settings.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (Logistics‑Production module) and experience in production, planning, and inventory management.
