We seek a Product Marketing professional to drive business development and support the company’s commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of technical‑commercial documentation: create presentations, application notes, and other materials to support the sales team and external clients.
* Business development project management: lead initiatives aimed at both direct customers and distribution channels.
* Market analysis: monitor industry trends, especially new applications or developments that generate demand for innovative products.
* Sales support: collaborate in reviewing technical specifications and preparing commercial offers.
* Marketing and corporate communication: participate in creating and disseminating content for trade shows, advertising campaigns, technical documentation, catalogues, sample kits, and other marketing activities such as promotions, webinars, and training workshops, in coordination with the Corporate Communications department at headquarters.
* Cross-department coordination: act as a link between sales/customers and the different plants and departments involved, facilitating the resolution of quality, logistics, or other customer service aspects.
* Digital Marketing activities: support the PM department with CRM marketing campaigns and analysis of project opportunities; promote the CLARA software by training customers and users on film‑capacitor simulation tools.
Qualifications
* University degree in Engineering (preferably electronics), Physics or Chemistry, or equivalent.
* At least 3years of proven experience in similar roles within the electronic component sector.
* Fluent level of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in international environments.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
* User-level knowledge of SAP.
* Experience with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
* Solid knowledge of film capacitors or at least electronic component technologies.
* Strong technical background enabling advising clients on applications and product definition.
* Communication and teamwork skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical profiles.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
