Job Overview You will be the key operational engine within Roche Diagnostics Spain (RDE), reporting directly to the leadership team. Your main mission is to ensure business agility and efficiency, freeing up high‑value time for our strategic and customer‑facing teams. You will combine excellence in administrative management with innovation, optimizing processes through the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and ensuring regulatory compliance at a national level.
Key Responsibilities - Executive Management and Agile Coordination: administer and coordinate complex agendas, plan travel, and organize key events for leadership and commercial teams, always prioritizing direct business impact.
- Strategic External and Internal Articulation: facilitate and coordinate the leaders' interaction with strategic external and internal partners to drive commercial success, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional projects in our commercial headquarters.
- Commercial Strategic Support: provide direct support to key account teams, including preparing client briefings, managing data in the CRM system, and administrative follow‑up on executive actions.
- Pioneer in AI and Automation: proactively identify repetitive tasks in various areas and design and implement automation solutions, using AI agents (such as generative models).
- Compliance Assurance: act as a liaison to ensure that all administrative processes strictly comply with internal policies for Finance, Human Resources, and Business Integrity.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration and Support: participate in coordinating mutual support among assistants, ensuring service continuity and a balanced workload across the organization.
Qualifications - Education: Professional degree or equivalent. Training in project management will be especially valued.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in executive support roles, team coordination, or administrative management in large‑scale corporate environments (ideally in matrix or network structures).
- Languages: Fluent command (oral and written) of English and Spanish (essential).
- Digital and Technological Experience and Mindset: Advanced user of cloud ecosystems (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace) and a proactive, demonstrable curiosity for the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence.
