Position: Consumer Brands Logistics / Supply Chain Spain, Barcelona, Catalonia, Full Time Regular.
Responsibilities - Translate mid‑term objectives into a production plan, creating rough‑cut capacity plans.
- Develop short‑term production and scheduling plans by line/technology, considering capacity, utilization, and timing; align with Plant & Hub materials management to ensure a production schedule; act as main contact towards production (plants, CMs + production steering).
- Identify short‑term finished goods requirements in the markets and ensure execution of adequate business priority.
- Monitor daily actuals against weekly plan, track production schedule adherence, and recommend corrective action for non‑adherence.
- Own timely fulfillment of weekly tasks including clean system data, MD completeness (e.g., Open Orders, Y‑Status) and adjustment of parameters.
- Facilitate inputs proactively to Supply Reviews to highlight current/future availability issues and opportunities to grow.
- Secure proper new product introductions through strong collaboration with Lifecycle management & material planning team on (re)launching timings, optimizing L16 cost & FG leftovers; ensure proper phase‑out of old portfolio and proactive communication along the PIPO.
- Support inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies & composition, tracking and managing slow‑movers, and sluggish items.
- Perform defined Country KAM activities for small sized countries including KPI tracking and S&OP; participation/contribution.
- Anticipate risks that might elevate and communicate to leadership and/or respective function in a timely manner.
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently within the SCP Hub, and with SCP Peers to act as one team, regardless of the reporting stream.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior that are consistent with the employee’s skills and competencies.
Qualifications - Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on supply chain.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role or related, with FMCG experience an advantage.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required (SAP is an advantage).
- Problem‑solving attitude and team orientation.
