Processes orders and handles questions, providing information on delivery times and stock situation. Accounting support.
TASKS
* Order processing and follow-up in contact with logistic company in the territory.
* Contact with customers
* Customer service (handle questions and complaints) in English, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
* Answer and forwarded incoming phone calls
* Active collaboration with the product specialist to provide assistance. Back-office support for the sales team in the territory.
* Active collaboration with the lead office
* Managing appropriate filing system to conform to auditing requests
* All-round administrative help to direct management and product specialists (mailings and diverse correspondence in English)
* Sales data analysis in the territory
* Accounting support
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
* Education: Commercial/Administration diploma or equal
* Special Knowledge: English
* Personality: Open minded, flexible, customer oriented
* Professional Experience: previous working experience in a Customer Service preferable
