Lead Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategiesFocus on 10 Lakh+ towns for urban GTM, including outlet and frequency strategies. For rural GTM, select town classes and determine manpower levels. Manage channel structure and visibility implementation. Oversee the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives. Manage databases for programs, outlets, and beats. Plan distribution drives and offtake activities.INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSAchieve channel and program sales targets and improve distribution parameters.Key success factors:
University degree or higher;
MBA preferred.6+ years experience in FMCG general trade and regional SDTM roles.Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and CRM skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Benefits:
