As a Crossdock Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department, responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
What You'll Do
Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company - 95% EBIT.
Lead in serving all cross-dock serviced customer/client-principal relative to contract compliance, its provisions and performance/service level update and review - 98% OTD and Delivery Compliance.
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree
Graduate of any 4-year course
Professional Experience
At least 8 years work experience in related field.
