You'll bring structure and pace to delivery without losing sight of quality, and you'll be comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. /ppbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For /b /ppbr/pulliProven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager or similar delivery leadership role /liliStrong background delivering technology or digital transformation programmes /liliSolid understanding of agile and scaled delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at C-suite level /liliComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving pace in complex, matrixed organisations /liliStrong grasp of technical concepts - able to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders /liliExperience with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or similar /li /ul
