How will you make an impact?
* Support daily restaurant operations: Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation.
* Drive operational performance: Support the achievement of KPIs, guest satisfaction, and cost control objectives.
* Assist in revenue generation: Encourage upselling, promotions, and excellent service to maximize guest spend and overall performance.
* Coordinate team operations: Supervise shifts, ensuring proper staff allocation according to occupancy and service needs.
* Support stock and cost control: Assist in managing inventories, minimizing wastage, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Lead and motivate the team: Guide and support Supervisors and operational staff, fostering a positive and high‑performing work environment.
* Ensure compliance: Help maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the outlet.
* Enhance guest experience: Be present on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.
* Collaborate with departments: Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor feedback and improvement: Support in tracking guest feedback and implementing improvement actions.
* Assist in events and activations: Contribute to special events, dining experiences, and lifestyle concepts within the outlet.
Are you the person we are looking for?
* Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or high‑end restaurant environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
* Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
* Good understanding of F&B operations and service standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Hands‑on, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
