Responsibilities Lead and manage international SAP in-house consultant teams, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and business objectives.
Lead and manage international SAP projects, including design, customizing, migration, and system enhancements.
Take full responsibility for SAP CO customizing, support and continuous improvement.
Ensure ERP initiatives are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget, while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs.
Drive a consistent global ERP application architecture and governance while managing external partners to deliver high-quality services within agreed SLAs.
Develop and maintain roadmaps for application services and SAP systems in line with CIO-defined strategies.
Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and project portfolio within the application domain.
Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on SAP systems.
Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP CO (Controlling).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of SAP processes and general IT technologies.
Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude.
Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and under time pressure.
