Product Manager – C&I; Storage & PV Solutions (EMEA)

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical Team for C&I; Storage & PV Turnkey Solutions, the successful candidate will join a team of experienced product specialists responsible for supporting internal stakeholders and delivering technical and commercial expertise to customers across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new products, product enhancements, customizations, and services.
- Collaborate with headquarters and key stakeholders to support product development initiatives using standardized methodologies.
- Analyze market intelligence and technical research data to provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and growth.
- Support revenue and margin targets through close collaboration with sales teams, promoting both existing and new product offerings.
- Build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support commercial growth activities.
- Deliver technical and product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams.
- Contribute to the EMEA product roadmap and lifecycle management strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and customer requirements.
- Manage product-related documentation, certifications, and ERP system updates.
- Support supplier and component procurement activities.
- Drive process standardization, policy development, budget planning, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within the solar PV, renewable energy, or energy storage sector is advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding of PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills are required; additional European languages are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
