Mission:
We are looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. You will improve our corporate security posture and defense across IT/OT environments. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona and involves international collaboration and projects. You will secure critical IT/OT and cloud IoT projects, driving cybersecurity improvements.
Your responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and manage security controls in IT/OT environments.
2. Deploy and operate Claroty xDome for asset visibility, threat detection, and risk management in industrial networks.
3. Review and maintain security controls in collaboration with SecOps and other teams.
4. Lead OT cybersecurity deployments across global manufacturing facilities.
5. Conduct risk assessments and support incident response.
6. Drive OT cybersecurity governance through standards definition, oversight, and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
7. Develop and enforce security policies aligned with ISA/IEC 62443.
8. Deliver staff training and promote security awareness.
9. Recommend OT cybersecurity best practices and improvements.
10. Plan and prioritize infrastructure and development-related security improvements.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and:
* At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, focusing on industrial control systems.
* Expertise in ICS/OT IIoT network and infrastructure security.
* Hands-on experience with Claroty xDome.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards: ISA/IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001.
* Certifications such as CISSP or ISA/IEC 62443 are a plus.
* Solid knowledge of network security, IAM, and threat management in industrial networks.
* Experience leading international projects and working with global teams.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
