As a Salesforce Project Manager at IBM Consulting, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions within defined contracts. You’ll own scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating diverse stakeholders to meet client expectations. You’ll work within a global environment that emphasizes hybrid cloud and AI transformation and values growth, collaboration, and responsible technology. This role offers a chance to shape complex deployments and drive meaningful client impact from day one.

• Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, and staffing for IBM and client teams and third-party vendors
• Coordinate and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful Salesforce delivery
• Lead the project team to align with the project charter and contractual deliverables

• Ensure Salesforce solution delivery meets client requirements and expectations
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Salesforce project management experience
• Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing for multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational leadership skills
• Experience overseeing xpzdshu project budgets and schedules for timely delivery
• Experience ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered per project charters or contracts
• English and Spanish fluent
• Catalan fluent
• Strong leadership and risk management capabilities
• Knowledge of Salesforce solutions, capabilities, and limitations
• Salesforce Public Sector Solution Expertise
