We're recruiting a new Regional Access Manager reporting into the Iberia Market Access Head who will identify key stakeholders in-market and at the Region/Hospital level and establishes relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for our products.
This position must have an excellent understanding of the political and Health Care environment at both national and regional level, trends in tenders, and trends in hospital market in order to optimize Sandoz product strategies.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Lead the territory strategy positioning Sandoz as a key driver of innovation and public health care system sustainability.
- Coordination with other teams to leverage synergies and get a stronger company positioning.
- Re-launch Hospitals GX as essential products for patient’s health and public system.
- Identify main stakeholders, differentiating different levels of market access (region, hospital pharmacy and payers)
- Define a value proposition dossier that will allow us to differentiate from our competition in terms of added value, affecting public purchasing
- In accordance with the company guidelines, actively develop the right sales plans to meet sales objectives and customer needs in the hospital business.
- Build and develop strategic/operational forecasting from a robust customer model. To ensure operative definition and control of the clients’ budgets including forecasting, expense management and evaluating cost effectiveness.
- Translate market intelligence into product strategies and initiatives. To demonstrate entrepreneurial /"out-of-the box" thinking by generating and implementing new ideas to grow the assigned products portfolio.
- Create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients, including, but not limited to: medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, marketing experts, scientific societies, and Key Decision Makers.
**What you need to bring to the role**:
- Significant leadership experience (10-12 years) in the healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry or public administration
- Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics
- Leadership: strategic and tactical skills.
- Well developed understanding of regulatory environment, including degree of market regulation, centralization/regionalization, and local environments
- Ability to manage relationships with a high number of external customers
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with government officials, regulators, and other key KOLs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
