Customer’s representative assistance during EIS process.
- Aircraft delivery assistance.
- CoC activities coordination and management.
- Planning and follow up for commitments letter agreements and actions.
- Identify requirements, stakeholders and potential solutions in the EIS scope.
- Establish industrial collaboration within A/C Delivery centre and MRO support when required.
- Evaluate operational performance of the In Service support provided in the scope of EIS activities for A400M,
- Determine appropriate Customer Services response, and establish comprehensive summary to management on regular basis or on specific request.
- Ensure timely implementation of all Customer EIS commitments.
- Provide support to all activities required to define, establish and operate all In-Service Support services for A400M.
- Contribute to the achievement of Airbus DS delivery targets, by proposing innovative commercial solutions to resolve any combination of outstanding Customer issues, whatever their causes.
- Develop strong business/personal relationships with the Customers’ representatives together with the local Customer delivery team at their own base and in Seville.
