About the Role: As our Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining and amplifying our brand's voice across diverse platforms.
Strategic Content Development: Create, write, and manage engaging content for a wide array of channels, including intranet platforms, digital displays, email campaigns, press releases, social media, presentations, and newsletters.
Narrative Building: Master the art of transforming complex information into clear, compelling, and visually appealing storylines for various internal and external audiences.
Communication Strategy Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication plans that align with business objectives and values.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various internal departments and our network of communicators to ensure message consistency and strong internal alignment.
Channel Optimization & Innovation: Manage content calendars, track engagement metrics, and continuously explore new approaches, technologies, and innovations to maximize reach and effectiveness across all communication channels.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for excellence in communications.
Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 2-4+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or an agency setting.
Communication Expertise: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, style, and effective storytelling.
Proven ability to create visually engaging and strategically sound content tailored for diverse audiences and formats.
Proficiency in English (C1 level required) with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
Digital Proficiency: Hands‐on experience in creating digital content (videos, graphics), managing newsletters, presentations, and familiar with intranet/website content management and social media best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and experience with photo/video/text editing software.
Key Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A strategic and creative thinker with keen attention to detail and strong problem‐solving capabilities.
