The Role
As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be the maestro of data, using your skills to transform large, complex datasets into sleek dashboards and reports. You’ll be an expert in our data and business metrics, working closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that hit the mark.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain our Power BI dashboards and reports.
* Analyze complex data sets and convert them into actionable information.
* Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
* Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards.
* Train end‑users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.
* Troubleshoot data‑related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure.
* Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices.
* Serve as the go‑to expert for all things Power BI.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a quantitative major preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI or other analytics and reporting tools.
* Experience with Fabric, Azure Data, or other cloud data platforms (plus).
* 3–5 years of Power BI experience.
* Experience with Python, SQL, DAX, MDX, and other data languages.
* Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
* Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
* A passion for Power BI, data, and an insatiable curiosity.
