Private Chef
to join a private household in
Riyadh
for a
6-month contract
, starting in

. This role is ideal for a service-minded professional who thrives in a private environment and delivers consistently high standards, discretion, and flexibility. Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner as required) tailored to preferences, dietary needs, and schedule. Create varied, healthy, high-quality menus with excellent presentation and seasonal ingredients. Grocery sourcing and stock management; liaise with suppliers and ensure premium ingredient selection. Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and organization (HACCP-level standards preferred). Manage kitchen inventory, food storage, and budgeting as agreed. Coordinate with household staff as needed and support occasional hosting or small private events. Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements Proven experience as a
Private Chef
, Yacht Chef, Chalet Chef, or in high-end hospitality (5-star hotels/fine dining). Strong knowledge of international cuisine; Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus. Ability to adapt to dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, low-carb, allergies). Calm, reliable, and highly organized with excellent time management. Flexible schedule and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude. Professional references required. Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus).
